General terms and conditions

Booking
The reservation is binding for the customer from the time you have received a confirmation in writing from Wilderness Life.

Payment
14 days after receipt of the invoice (usually with the confirmation or shortly afterwards) a deposit of up to 25% will be due. The remaining payment is due up to 30 days before the start of the trip.
Short-term bookings and additional activities can be paid on site with card.

Price change
We reserve the right to increase the agreed price to the same extent in case of increase of purchase prices, price increase or exchange rate. The guest will be informed about this in good time.

Cancellation
Up to 90 days before the start of the trip, we demand a flat-rate cancellation fee of 50€as an expense allowance.
If cancelled from 89 days to 60 days before the start of the trip 30% of the travel price
If cancelled from 59 days to 30 days before taking part 50%
Cancellation from 29 days to 7 days before 80%
Cancellation from 7 days before 100%

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in case of illness or accident.

Check in/out
By agreement
If the room / log cabin / hut is reoccupied on the same day, check-out is at 10 o'clock.

Snowmobile
In case of damage to the snowmobiles during the snowmobiling trip, a deductible of up to 22 000 SEK/2000 Euro will be charged.

All snowmobilists must have a valid driving license for motorized vehicles (motorcycles, cars, etc.) and be at least 18 years old. Younger participants and guests without a driving license have the opportunity to participate as a passenger in the snowmobiling trip.

General
All rules, instructions and regulations of the organizer as well as applicable laws and regulations must be followed. Violation of these rules, laws and regulations gives Wilderness Life the right to cancel the activity and all future activities without refund.

You as a guest are responsible for concluding all necessary insurance.

Activities are conducted at your own risk and Wilderness Life cannot be held liable for property damage or personal injury.

Temperature                              

At temperatures from about -25C we reserve the right to cancel activities for safety reasons (frostbite).

Force majeure
In the event of strike, curfew, forces of nature, significant restrictions on deliveries and other circumstances beyond our control, we are entitled to terminate the contract without any obligation to pay damages.

If a booked activity cannot be carried out due to extreme weather conditions, employee illness or any other cause beyond our control, such as failure of equipment or machinery, the Customer must be informed immediately and the scheduled activity must be moved to another period/date or replaced by another activity approved by the Customer. In the event of a longer interruption, the activity will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded the cost of this particular activity (if no replacement activity has been organized).
